A while ago I conducted a survey to know the opinion of my connections about Group discussion.
Here are the key highlights:
1) Majority of people voted Group discussion round importance between 0 to 1 star. This shows that employees do not see relevance of GD in hiring process.
2) #Face_to_Face is the most common form of interview whereas #Video_CV" is the least adopted technique. During Covid-19 the methods seems to be change where online interview and video calls are adapted more.
